Skream (Open to Close) - Refunds Statement

UPDATE:

If you paid for an advance ticket or on the door to the previous Skream (Open to Close) event and have not requested a refund through any of our ticket providers or directly from us, you should do so before the 20th December 2016.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange the tickets from the previous Skream night for the February date due to ticketing allocations. You can be the first get you tickets for the next event by clicking here: https://patterns.tickettannoy.com

As many of you are aware, due to a major incident at a Brighton substation on Friday 4th November, the venue experienced a power cut and had to be closed and evacuated, we are truly gutted that we had to make that call but it was completely out of our hands.

Thanks again for your cooperation on the night and your ongoing patience with the incident, if you bought a ticket for Skream (Open to Close), you can now find full details on how to go about getting your refund below.

If you bought your tickets through Ticket Tannoy (our website) please email info@tickettannoy.com with your refund request.

If you bought tickets through Dice, you can expect an email from their team tomorrow with instructions on how to get a refund.

if you bought tickets through The Middle Floor or one of our reps, please email info@patternsbrighton.com with your name and ticket number (and the name of the rep) so we can cross reference with the details we have on file.

If you paid on the door, please email info@patternsbrighton.com with your refund request and full name so that we can cross reference with our ID scanning system.
