The company are seeking an experienced programmer, booker and digital wiz to manage the existing program of events and online presence of Patterns. Whilst also bringing strategic thinking, new events from external promoters and working closely with the venue management team and the Creative Lead to create irresistible clubbing content and online engagement.

Job title: Deputy Manager
Patterns is looking for a friendly Deputy/AGM to support an excellent GM to assist in running a great team as well as producing some of the busiest and best events in Brighton. You’ll need strong leadership skills, an ability to keep cool under pressure whilst also being confident in your decision-making process. Excellent people skills and diplomacy are a must. The role is very hands on as well as extremely diverse; you will be expected to run around a lot! We’ll reward that effort by developing you to be one of the best in the business.
