Since 2015, Patterns have been putting on some of the best club nights in Brighton. Whether you’re into your R&B, Jungle or DnB, we’ve got the right club night for you. Previously hosting household names like Bicep and Fourtet, our lineup is stacked with established names and future talent.
If you’re into your live music, Patterns Brighton is a go-to venue. Included as part of the Great Escape Festival, our venue has hosted acts such as Sam Fender and Ezra Collective. Our carefully curated lineup of acts means that you’re guaranteed to see a band that are worth seeing.
Every Saturday from 1pm, you can head to our seafront bar for our bottomless brunch, which includes two hours of unlimited drinks and pizza. Not only that, but we have a DJ on hand to play feel-good disco vibes – the perfect way to start a Saturday if you ask us!
Could it finally be England’s year? This summer, we’re going to be showing every England game at this year’s World Cup, meaning you can cheer on the Three Lions at our iconic seafront venue. With multiple LED screens across our venue, this is the perfect place to catch the footy.

Whether you’re after a proper night clubbing experience by the pier or want to catch a gig, our venue provides everything. Open until 4am, we’re a venue that is proud to contribute to the iconic Brighton nightlife scene. Our team carefully curates the lineup, making sure that you see the best DJs, live acts and performers across the country.
We’re also proud to be part of the buzzing gig community in Brighton. Featuring as an official venue in the Brighton Great Escape Festival, we’ve welcomed some of the most exciting and talented acts to our stage. Patterns features two dedicated event spaces – the Ground Floor and the Basement. Both are equipped with high-quality sound systems designed to deliver an exceptional audio experience, whether you’re dancing until the early hours or catching a live performance.
We may be a venue known for a buzzing music scene, but we’ve also got a beautiful south-facing terrace which is perfect for drinks in the sun. Located less than 200 yards from Brighton Pier, our seafront terrace provides excellent coastal views of the famous promenade. We also have resident DJs playing in the summer to, providing the soundtrack to long afternoons in the sun.
Whether you’re enjoying a cocktail in the sunshine, catching up with friends over a cold pint or watching the lights of Brighton Pier come to life as evening falls, there’s no better place to experience Brighton’s seafront. We’ve got an absolutely stacked drinks menu too, meaning you can grab some of your favourite alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) drinks whilst soaking in the sun. Offering a collection of beer/cider, wines and cocktails, we’re proud to say that we’re one of the best seafront bars in Brighton.
Patterns Brighton is located on Marine Parade, just moments from Brighton Pier and the city’s famous seafront. We’re approximately a 20-minute walk from Brighton Railway Station, with plenty of local bus routes and taxi services available nearby.
Patterns Brighton has a total venue capacity of 400 guests. The Upstairs event space can accommodate 275 guests standing or 180 guests seated, making it ideal for everything from corporate events and private parties to weddings and live performances. Food is available at Patterns Brighton during our Bottomless Brunch events, as well as for private hire, corporate events and weddings. At our Bottomless Brunch sessions, guests can enjoy bottomless pizza from Cutting Shapes, served alongside our drinks packages for the ultimate weekend experience.
