Job title: Programming & Promotions Manager
Patterns is the go-to destination to experience forward-thinking music in Brighton. The venue is a revered safe space for music culture, holding a multitude of creative events across all genres. Mothership Group are looking for diligent and experienced individual with a passion for music, events and nightlife to take on the club programming and promotions for the site, which has recently hosted acts such as Four Tet, Jarvis Cocker, Hunee, Honey Dijon, Conducta and many more.
This role will programme, maintain and promote an original and exciting program of music led clubbing events for Patterns, overseeing the overall creative direction of the venue and managing key relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Job title: Lighting Engineer
What we’re looking for:
– A keen interest in what we’re about at Patterns, the events that we programme and a desire to get involved in Brighton’s best music venue
– Ability to determine the lighting based on the genre of music, crowd, and vibe
– An individual with knowledge of Chamsys lighting controls and professional club lighting
– Someone who is happy to work weekends during club hours

If you’re into your music, wanting to promote, are into the likes of Gerd Janson, Shanti Celeste, DJ Seinfeld, The Black Madonna, Ben UFO, Horse Meat Disco, Skream or have liked what you’ve seen/heard at the venue so far, apply within.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to be involved in adding some much-needed quality to Brighton’s current nightlife offering. We want characters who can spread the word about Patterns, to get people down with the most current sounds & make sure all the right people know about our cities best creative space.
